We want billing to be clear, fair, and easy to resolve. This page explains how we handle subscription cancellations, duplicate charges, and support-based refund reviews.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of the paid term and then stops renewing automatically.
One-time purchases are typically final after credits or minutes have been applied to your account. If a purchase fails to deliver usable access because of a verified billing or platform error, our team can review it manually.
If you were charged more than once for the same order, billed after a cancellation issue, or see a charge that does not match your account activity, contact us right away so we can investigate and correct it quickly.
We review refund requests tied to platform failures, unavailable purchased features, or other material service issues on a case-by-case basis. The fastest way to resolve these is to include the email on your account and the date of the charge.
If you believe you qualify for a refund review, email support@vocalpresets.ai with your account email, the payment date, the last four digits of the payment method if available, and a short description of the issue.
We may ask for additional details to verify ownership of the charge and to determine whether the issue came from billing, access, or service performance. Clear requests help us resolve cases faster.
